What is Ticketplan cancellation protection?

We strongly recommend that you select this TicketPlan option at the checkout, as your tickets are non-refundable and this will protect you against cancellation resulting from accidents and unexpected illnesses up to a maximum amount of £100 per ticket.

Ticketplan is an additional third party service that protects you against cancellation resulting from accidents and unexpected illnesses.
Booking refund protection is an optional service offered by the booking vendor and administered by Ticketplan. It is not an insurance policy.
Full details are included in the TicketPlan terms and conditions. You can find out more about TicketPlan here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including all major credit/debit cards.

Are there any additional fees or charges beyond the ticket price?

YourTickets.Online does not receive any money from the face value of the tickets we sell. Instead we charge a per ticket booking fee that has been agreed with the promoter.  This booking fee covers all the costs associated with running our business and processing the tickets and transactions.
We try to keep the booking fee as low as possible to provide you with your tickets at the best value.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

Our refund and exchange policies vary depending on the event organizer and venue. Please refer to the specific event’s terms and conditions for details.

Do I need to print my tickets or can I use electronic/mobile tickets?

Most events now support electronic/mobile tickets which can be scanned directly from your device. However, printing tickets may still be an option for certain events.

What do I do if I lose my tickets?

If you lose your tickets, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We’ll assist you in reissuing or replacing your tickets if possible.

Is there a customer support hotline I can contact for assistance?

Contact information can usually be found on our website or confirmation email

Are there any age restrictions for purchasing certain types of tickets?

Some events may have age restrictions or requirements. Please check the event details before purchasing tickets, especially for events with age-specific content.

An event has been cancelled, what should I do next?

When an event is cancelled, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible after we are notified by the event organisers. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the event for which you have booked is taking place on the date it was scheduled for when you booked.
You may be asked to return your tickets to us. If so, we will contact you with details of what to do.
We refund the face value of any tickets you have ordered, however the booking fee and delivery fee is non-refundable. This is due to the circumstances being beyond our control and lead to us incurring further costs and charges to process and refund customers.

I can no longer make the event for which I have booked. Can I exchange my tickets for another day or show?

Unfortunately not. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless an event is cancelled, postponed or there has been a material alteration.

I purchased TicketPlan, Can I have a refund?

The refund protection selected at the point of purchase is a personal cover designed to cover yourself and your designated party against an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you attending the event you have booked for. The refund protection is covered by TicketPlan. If you want to submit a claim, please fill in TicketPlan’s online application form which can be found here.

We will then liaise with TicketPlan to provde them with any information they may require regarding the details of your booking. Please note that you are only covered in certain circumstances and we do not guarantee that you will receive a refund from TicketPlan. If you wish to claim a refund for part of an order, that is not a problem, please fill out the application form accordingly. The full terms and conditions of the cover can be found here.

If you have any questions before submitting your claim, please contact TicketPlan here.
